Aerobics

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00-9:45am. $1 donation per session. Work out to the Richard Simmons "Silver Foxes" video, an exercise program designed for the older adult. This work-out is easily adapted to your personal level of mobility. Please pay at the front desk.

Stress Class

The second Tuesday of each month from 11:15am-12:15pm. Learn how to deal more effectively with stress. Facilitated by Rita Ballard, C.Ht.

 

T'ai Chi with Jeanne Reynolds

Tuesdays: 9:30 10:30am. Increase your fitness level through relaxation and reduction of stress. Cost is $7 per session. Sign up with Jeanne at 425-773-4119.
 

Yoga

Zumba Fitness

Zumba fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY to DO! Our goal is simple: We want people to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked.
