AARP SAFE DRIVING PROGRAM: (formerly known as 55ALIVE) taught by Dave Chalmers. - 25 student maximum. This is an 8-hour course sponsoredd by AARP; at completion of the course students are eligible for state mandated reduction in automobile insurance premiums. Many insurance companies will give a discount to anyone taking the class, regardless of age. Check with your insurance company. Most 2008 classes will be at the Center on Fridays from 9am-5pm.
CLOUD'S CANINE Academy Obedience Training: Cloud's Canine provides a positive progressive training program for puppies to adult dogs. Group classes are six weeks in length with one-hour lessons that are limited in size with two trainers per class for a tuition of $120. Class opportunities include: Canine Kindergarten, Canine Academy - Beginning Obedience, Canine College - AKC Canine Good Citizen, Canine Rally Obedience, and Camano Canines 4-H Dog Club. Classes are held on Monday and Thursday evenings. Advanced reservations are recommended as classes typically fill in advance of their start dates.
