Congregate meals. People come to the Camano Senior and Community Center where lunch is served at 11:45 each Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Meal cost $3 for 60 & over and $5 for non seniors.

Meals on Wheels. Meals are delivered to seniors who cannot leave their homes without assistance and are unable to prepare balanced meals for themselves. The same hot meal served at the Center is delivered between 11:45 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. each Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Supplemental frozen meals are available for those days when delivery is not available. This program is funded largely by both the federal and state government, participant donations and community resources. Your donation is needed and appreciated. Participants are asked to donate what they feel they can afford (hot meal suggested donation $3, frozen meals $2.50). Food stamps are welcome. All donations are strictly confidential.

Ensure.  A liquid dietary supplement is also available through the Center, by prescription.

Menus. The meals served are selected to appeal to seniors. Each meal contains at least one-third of the Recommended Daily Allowance of nutrients for persons sixty or older.
