Commercial Kitchen

A commercial kitchen is located at the facility. The kitchen features:

  • Two gas convection ovens
  • Side-by-side reach-in cooler/freezer
  • Four burner gas stove
  • Two gas ovens
  • Commercial dishwasher

It is strongly recommended that users visit the kitchen prior to menu planning.

Kitchen users need to bring their own utensils, pots/pans, serving trays, bar towels.
